Afghan President Ashraf Ghani reached Pakistan for two days on Thursday (today). He is accompanied by people designated on high levels such as ministers, senior officials and businessmen.
President Ghani will be visiting Pakistan on the invitation of Prime Minister Imran Khan. PM Khan will hold meetings on his arrival that will be based on designations and President Arif Alvi will have a meeting with his corresponding person. This visit will be the third visit of the President Ghani in Pakistan and according to Radio Pakistan He will visit Lahore for business forums where representatives from both countries will play a part.
“The wide-ranging talks between the two sides would focus on strengthening bilateral cooperation in diverse areas including political, trade, economic, security, peace and reconciliation, education and people-to-people exchanges”, says Radio Pakistan. Also Afghanistan-Pakistan Plan for Peace and Solidarity will also be reviewed. According to the Foreign Office spokesperson closer engagement to the leaders of the both countries will help promote a strong relationship.
