Time and again PM Imran Khan has said that opposition has been asking for NRO (National Reconciliation Ordinance) from him. Also his cabinet members have accused the opposition of doing that. But now during the parliamentary meeting in Islamabad for discussing the entire political situation of the country PM said that no one from the opposition asked him for NRO.
He said that no one has approached him to get NRO and even if they did, they would not get any. He said referring to the All Parties Conference (APC) on 26thof June that there would be no compromises and opposition can do whatever they want, the government will reply them with their performance.
PM claimed in a meeting at Bani Gala at 15thof June that arrested opposition leader that include Shahbaz Sharif, former PM Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari were asking for reliefs along the line of NRO. PM Khan said before that two NROs were given and they effected the economy badly and destroyed it completely.
Every time when PM Khan mentioned of the demands of the NROs by the opposition, they asked for the names who asked for it. Also Shahbaz Sharif demanded in the National Assembly that PM disclose the names of the people who asked for NROs and now PM has said himself that no one from the opposition asked for NRO from him.
