Will not give NRO to the opposition parties, says PM Khan

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday said that those who have wrongfully produced and made money are now running away from the country.

According to The News, PM Khan said that action will be taken against everyone without any discrimination, quoting in particularly about the Sharif brothers, at a time, one brother goes to London and then the other.

Prime Minister during his meeting with Director General Anti-Corruption Ejaz Hussain Shah and Punjab’s Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, stated that previous governments took easy tasks however PTI government have stepped in and taken the hard ones.

Khan further said that corruption have affected not only the economy but it has also seeped its way inside the institutions of Pakistan. Stating that the results of such has affected ordinary Pakistani citizens.

In his previous statements, PM Khan emphasised on The National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) will not be given to the opposition parties despite their endless effort to try to save themselves from accountability courts.

During PTI’s foundation day event, Khan stated that, “Let them do whatever they can. I won’t give them NRO. I don’t look back at life, this is my principle.”
